He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Payne and Dora Payne; his wife Joyce; his children, Cynthia Payne, Stan Payne (Mary) of Georgetown, Alan Payne (Debbie) of Queen Creek, Randy Payne (Kathy) of Iola, Gary Payne of Killeen and David Payne (Gretchen) of Cedar Park; his grandchildren, Colleen Wardlaw (Cody), Topher Payne, Craig Payne (Crystal), Sarah Payne, Andrew Payne (Emily), Laura Payne, David Payne, Dustin Payne, Matthew Payne (Chloe), Erika Marr and Anthony Payne; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Wardlaw, Brylee Wardlaw, Cadie Wardlaw, Cadence Payne, Charlotte Payne, Carter Payne, Olivia Payne, Violet Payne and Archer Payne.
