He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jaquolene Forys; his children, Olivia and Logan; his parents, Janeen Forys, and Thomas Forys, Sr. of The Villages; his sisters, Michelle Forys and Elizabeth Johnson (Daniel); and his nephews, Braedan, Emmett and Luke Johnson.
