He is survived by: his father Larry Hayes; his wife Kristina Hayes; his daughters, Kristinn Massay and Jessica Parrish; his sons-in-law, Kyle Massay and Korey Parrish; his grandchildren, Marshall Massay, Kinslee Parrish and Maverick Massay; his mother Susan Cooper; and his sisters, Debbie Dupree and Michelle Dorado. He is also survived by his family, friends.
