He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Elizabeth; his sons, David Andrews Rogers and William Allen; his wife Meredith Marichal Rogers; his grandchildren, Christopher Allen Rogers of Dallas, Jonathan Marichal Rogers (Nicole Leigh Rogers) of Downers Grove and Kendall Elizabeth Rogers of Culver City, California.; his great grandchildren, Andrew James Rogers, Avery Quinn Rogers, Caroline Mae Rogers and Cora Elyse Rogers; and also Emory William Rogers.
