He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Campbell and Mary Carlile; and his siblings, Billie Morris, Martha Bales, Nelda Campbell, Sonny Campbell and Glen Paul Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Campbell; his children, Rick Campbell and Teresa Lynch; his son-in-law John Lynch; his grandson Christopher Lynch; and his daughter Jennifer Mitchell.
