He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe and Patricia Diane Franklin (Willard); his uncle Ellis Willard; and his mother-in-law Paula York. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Franklin of Gholson; his children, Michael Franklin (Elizabeth) of Minden, LA, Austin Franklin (Charity) of Holy Bluff, MS, Leslie "Wendy" Graham (Henry) of Gholson, Katie "Cootie Legs" LaBella of Gholson and Emily "Freckles" Hullett (Branden) of Mart; his grandchildren, Raleigh, Wyatt, Laiklyn, Cyson, Amelia Franklin, Jesse, Aiden Hernandez, Emmett LaBella, Isabella, Addison Wally, Spencer and Brooklyn Hullett; his siblings, Joey Franklin (Brenda) of Sallis, MS, Bobby Franklin of Little Yazoo, MS, Billy Joe Franklin of Belzoni, MS, Bryan Franklin (Bonnie) of Chickasha, OK, Amy Sherrill (Shawn) of Edwards, MS and Glenda Willard (Terry) of Charleston, MS; his father-in-law Johnny Garrett of Gholson; his sister-in-law Donna Walter (Dennis) of Woodway; and his pets, Stinker, Rocky, Ruby, Shorty and Sally. He is also survived by many extended family members, loving in-laws, and friends.
