He was predeceased by : his parents, E. W. "Dick" Holder and Cleo Holder (Chandler); and his siblings, Kenneth Holder and Nancy Bettinger. He is survived by : his daughter Amanda Mendes (Steven) of Bosqueville; his grandchildren, Jordon and Layla Mendes; his nephews, Darren Bettinger, Bryan Holder and Zac McAdams; his siblings-in-law, Joann Holder and James Bettinger; and his former life partner Rhonda Holder. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Gholson.
