She is survived by: her son Scott Lewis; her grandchildren, Jesse, Colton, Wesley, Scotty and Rebecca Lewis; her sisters, Carolyn Britt (Don), Sharon Wallace (Gerald) and Connie Petrek (Chuck); and her close friend Christi Murray. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends; especially her chosen daughter.
