He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Krause and Olga Krause; his stepmother Laura Krause; his sister Frances; his brother-in-law Melvin Zoch; his brother Ludwig; his siblings-in-law, Edna Krause and Mike Mitschke; and his grandson Blake Siegmund.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Krause; his daughters, Lori (Mike Bradley) and Lisa (John Gay); his granddaughter Mallory; his great grandchildren, Maddie and Blake Brown of Morgan; his stepgrandson Mike; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lyla and Abel of Lexington Park, MD; his stepgranddaughter Christi (Albert Cazares); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ciel and Max of Riverview, FL; his brother Monroe (Eleanor Krause); and his sister-in-law Ruth (Sylvin Mersiovsky). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews and other friends.

Memorials may be made to the General Fund or Building Fund at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Serbin or to the charity of one's choice.
