He was predeceased by : his parents, John Mikulin and Laura Mikulin; his brother Dennis Mikulin; his nephew Dennis Woodrow Mikulin; and also Sebrina.
He is survived by : his grandchildren, Randall, Nathan, Jacob, Cory, Brody, Sophie, Millie, Annie, Fransie and Josie; his wife Margaret Ann Mikulin; his children, John Mikulin III (Kelly Mikulin) and Crystal Hammons (Cole Hammons); his son-in-law David Feuerlein; his brothers, Glenn Mikulin (Joyce Mikulin), Albert Mikulin (Ellen Mikulin) and Bobby Mikulin (Karen Mikulin); and his sister-in-law Charlotte Mikulin.
Memorials may be made to the Dime Box I.S.D. Education Foundation, St. Jude Children's Hospital, the Shriners Hospital or to the charity of one's choice.
