He is survived by: his wife Paula Holt; his daughter Leslee (Eric Morton); his grandchildren, Jarrett Urban (JoAnna Morgan), Colby (Ashley Morton), Alexis (Ty Batchelor), Madison (Alex Matchett) and Brynn Morton; his great grandchildren, Crew Morton, Cutter Morton, Creed Morton, Reed Batchelor, Rhett Batchelor, Maverick Matchett and Maddox Matchett; his cousin Keith (Barbra Fischer); Jason (Maria Fischer), Debbie and Kenny Perry.
