He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Hensley (Senette) of Bettie; his children, Billy Joe Hensley III (Tresley) of Adair, Hazel Elise Hammett (Charles) of Gilmer and Joey Suzanne Williams of Tulsa; his brother Daniel Thomas Hensley (Amanda) of Lampasas; and his grandchildren, Billy Joe Hensley IV, Ella Vahn Hensley, Hensley Jade Hammett and Hadley Elise Hammett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
