He is survived by: his daughter Belinda Warren (Tony); his grandchildren, Bryan Entrikin (Carol) and Misty Perkins Entrikin; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Entrikin, Avery Entrikin, Caleb Perkins and Alyssa Perkins.
