She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Davis and Rosa Lee Fox Davis; her husband Bobby Gipson; her sisters, Golda Fenton, Shirley Coffey and Linda Vail-Glidden; and her great grandchildren, Rylan and Sydney Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Gipson (Felicia) and Sheri Gipson (Ryan Heidemann); her grandchildren, Courtney Kral (Jonah), Cameron Gipson (Hannah), Colby Gipson, Ryan Gipson, Lacy Adkins (Garrett) and Hunter Hux (Tyla); and her great grandchildren, Rylie Kate Adkins, Grant Adkins, Adeline Kral and Amelia Kral.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McWhorter Funeral Home (1074 TX-300, Gilmer, TX 75645). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (304 Buffalo St, Gilmer, TX 75644).
