She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis L. Rice and Thelma Helen Hayes Rice; her husband Terry Whitworth; and her sons, Joey Walker and Michael Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Clifton Walker (Shannon), Douglas Walker, Lela Bullard (Robert) and David Walker; and her sister Debra Kochin. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
