He is survived by: his wife Estella Crutsinger; his children, Kevin Crutsinger (Chelsea), Zachary Crutsinger (Elizabeth) and Chase Crutsinger; and his sister Jennifer Rackley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
