He was predeceased by: his parents, Haslett Rutledge Sr. and Retha Rutledge; and his brother David Rutledge. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Bates (Albert) and Cheryl Harrell; his grandsons, Kory Beattie (Kendall), Tanner Beattie, Collin Beattie (Brant) and Tim Harrell Jr. (TJ); and his great grandchildren, Ember and Zoe Beattie.
