He is survived by: his wife Angie Frost; his children, Jared Burks (Liz), Sumer Burks, Denver Burks and Christina Wisdom; his grandchildren, Landry, Aiden, Zailee, Jordan, Wesley, Kennedy, Hannah and Dakota; his siblings, Sonja, Jon (Jan) and Jewell; and his brother-in-law Gary. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.
