He is survived by: his daughter Caitlin Barber; his grandchildren, Lillie, Maggie Nappier and Lane Walker; his aunts, Serita Threadgill (Robert), Sarah Tyler, Janice Godwin Baetz and Annette Stracener; his uncle Don Mosley; his friend Ronica Jester; Riley and Rodey Jester.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Croley Funeral Home (305 W Harrison St, Gilmer, TX 75644).
