He was predeceased by: his parents, William Penn Slack and Karice Marie Gisclair Slack. He is survived by: his nephews, Todd Adcock, David Hilburn and Billy Don Slack; his niece Rebecca Slack Stacey; his son Shane Slack (Jessica); his grandsons, Austen Huff (Brooke) and Baily Slack (Chelsea); his great grandchildren, Casen, Ava Kate, Brynnlee and Ellee Mae; his daughter Shena Slack Caskey (Mike); his grandchildren, Morgan Caskey Frey (Lee), Jonathan Caskey (Devon) and Maggie Caskey Phillips (Cody); and his sister Marilyn Adcock (Ricky). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and treasured friends.
