He is survived by: his wife Norma Jones; his children, Shree Carpenter and Vince Jones (Leslie); his brothers, Curtis Jones, Marshall Jones and Lonnie Jones; his grandchildren, Angela Veitch Long, Kasi Dixon, Jennifer Courtnay, Dustin Jones, Gary M. Jones, Kelcee Hall and Brodey Hall; and his great grandchildren, Dakota Veitch, Gabby Veitch, Derrick Veitch, Harper Long, Bill Long, Alex Dixon, Zoe Dixon, Ashley Holden, Emily Holden and Justin Cross.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cherokee Cemetery (2334 Cherokee Trce, Gilmer, TX 75644).
