It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Wallace Doerfler of Gilmer, Texas, born in Hugo, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Doerfler of Arlington, Michael Doerfler of Zachery, Andrew Doerfler of Watson and Branden Doerfler of Cypress; his stepson Bryan Anthony DeLuca of Dallas; and his grandsons, Stephen Doerfler II of Arlington, Alexander Doerfler of Arlington, Nicholas Doerfler of Arlington, Joseph Doerfler of Chapel Hill, Devin Doerfler of Watson, Cheyenne Meche of Watson, Aleah New of Watson and Kaliey Doerfler of Cypress.
