It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Weldon C. Gilbert of Gilmer, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Clinton and Hattie Rose Pritchett Gilbert; his wife Dolores Gilbert; his children, Joe Parker (Leta), John Parker, Patricia Burham (Randy), Cindy Parker and Wendy Luppens (Rick); and his grandchildren, Michelle Parker (Mike), Marshall Parker, Megan Parker (Samuel), Lara Burback (Paul), Steven Burham (Amanda), Scott Lintner (Ashley), Becky Garcia (David), Collin Bynum (Laura), Kalie Ladd (Paul) and Wyatt Luppens (Jadyn). He was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
