She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis F. Kreutzer and Mary Kreutzer. She is survived by: her husband Stanley "Joe" Stegman; her children, Rocky Stegman (Andrea), Stacey Birdsong (Brad) and Erica McPherson (Brandt); her grandchildren, Taylor Overman, Jordan Stegman, Bailee Hudson, Brayson Birdsong and Jaydan McPherson; and her siblings, Linda Deutscher, Mary Lou McDonald and Ronald Kreutzer. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Texas Oncology in Longview, Texas, The Hospice of East Texas or Saint Theresa Catholic Church in Union Grove, Texas.
