He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bright and Corine Bright (Waldron); his wife Dianne Fulcher Bright; and his brother Gene Bright. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Dianne Bright and Benjamin Fulcher Bright (Vicky); his grandchildren, Mary Lauren (Chris Tampke), McKenzie (Remington Cosper) and Maggie (Grayson Mitchell); his great grandchildren, Avery Tampke, Ashtyn Tampke, Anzlee Cosper, Sutton Edwards, Cypress Cosper and Granger Mitchell; his nieces and nephews, Beverly (Johnny Ryan) and Gary (Lisa Bright); his great-nephews, Samuel Pieprzyca and Casey Bright; and his great-niece Candace Williams.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the McWhorter Funeral Home (1074 TX-300, Gilmer, TX 75645). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Roselawn Cemetery (5365 TX-37, Mineola, TX 75773).
