With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Curtis Dewayne Vasquez of Gladewater, Texas, born in Grand Prairie, Texas, who passed away on April 23, 2024 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joe Vasquez and Mary Sue Pennington Wilkins; his wife Lovie Sharlene Vasquez; his children, Cody Vasquez, Ervin Davis, Isaiah Davis, Summer Shipp (Taylor), Autumn Vasquez and Lovie Davis; his grandchildren, Paxton Shipp, Kaleigh Lang, Welles Shipp, Brooklyn Sprayberry, Addison Vasquez and Ana Sprayberry; and his siblings, Joe Vasquez Jr., Leo Vasquez, Danny Vasquez, Janet McGee (Joey), Diana Vasquez and Ernest Glenn Vasquez.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home - Gladewater (401 N Center St, Gladewater, TX 75647). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Morris Cemetery.
