She is survived by: her husband Bruno A Mata II of Goliad; her daughter Raydean Mata of Corpus Christi; her grandchildren, Kash, Kai and Cia of Corpus Christi; and her sisters, Julia Hernandez (David Hernandez Sr), Lou Carabajal (Elias Carabajal Jr) and Inez Balbuena (Jonathan Perez) of Uvalde. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
