He is survived by: his children, Dell Jr. (Pamela), Tameca Harper, Carima Harper, Carissa Harper Rogers (Jason) and Carina Harper (Michael Brown); and his grandchildren, DaLisha Harper, DaNisha Harper, Kirstin McKinney, Mikayla Harper, DeAndra Hastings, Darian Ross, Liam Rogers and Laith Rogers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
