He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Wiley of Gonzales; his daughter Kimberly Janeen Tabor; his son-in-law Trent Weldon Tabor; his granddaughter Ryann Noelle Tabor; his brother-in-law Frank Thomas (Beverly); his stepsiblings, John McReynolds, Patrick McReynolds, Michael McReynolds, Carolyn B. Ecker and Ruth A. McReynolds; and his nephews, Frank Lincoln Thomas and Keith Thomas. He is also survived by friends, fishing partners.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Gonzales, or the charity of one's choosing.
