He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lonnie Wiley and Winnie Lou Bell Wiley; his wife Peggy Ann Richter; his son-in-law Johnnie Hall; his grandson Sam Hall; and his great grandchild Jonathan Hall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Hall, Brenda Henderson (Gary) and Susan Pierpont (Charles). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Seydler-Hill Funeral Home (906 St Paul St, Gonzales, TX 78629). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Gonzales Memorial Park Cemetery.
