He was predeceased by: his wife Sue; and his son Steve Spivey. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Adam, Colby and Lauren Spivey; his great grandchild Kimberlynn Spivey; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Spivey of Gorman.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Higginbotham Funeral Home (219 W Roberts St, Gorman, TX 76454). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oaklawn Cemetery (759 Ector St, Gorman, TX 76454).
