He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Lee Armstrong (Bell) and Toy Edward Armstrong (Tommy); his sister Toy Barnett; and his grandson Jeremy Green. He is survived by: his wife Idella Armstrong of Mansfield; his children, Elonda Green (Howard) of Edmond, OK. and James Armstrong (Linette) of Mansfield; his grandsons, Toby Landon Green, Mitchell Ray Armstrong and Alex Armstrong; and his nephew Lin Barnett of Wichita Falls. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home (700 Oak St, Graham, TX 76450). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Graham Church of God (1417 Remington St, Graham, TX 76450).
