He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Catherine Hoffman (Bower) and O. B. Hoffman; his stepfather L. S. Shaw; his siblings, Buddy Hoffman, Charlotte Shuck and Deloris Blocker; and his close friends, Sheriff Bryan Walls and Abe Busch.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Hoffman of Graham; his son Gearld Hoffman (Sheryl) of Owassa, OK.; his extended family, Roger "Bubba" Busch of Fort Worth, Randy and Glena Coon of Haslet; his grandchildren, Blake, Kym Thomas of Claremore, OK., Haley, Tuff Hodge of Owassa, OK. and Tanner Hoffman of Norman, OK.; and his great grandchildren, Lexie, Bennet Thomas and Jensen Hodge.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel (700 Oak St, Graham, TX 76450).
