He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Collins and Ellen Collins; his former wife Shirley Collins; his son Ray Collins; and his siblings, Louise and Henry Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Winona Collins; his sons, Donald Collins of Graham, Eddie Collins of Whitehouse and Tommy Collins of Clarksville, Tennessee; and his sisters, Barbra Ramsey of Hugo and Lillian Brown of South Carolina. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Loving Cemetery.
