He was predeceased by: his father T. S. Fuller. He is survived by: his mother JoNelle Haynes Fuller; his wife Vicki Fuller; his son Michael Andrew "Andy" Fuller; his granddaughter Hayden Fuller; his siblings, Gary Fuller, Keith Fuller, Denise Smalley (Bill), Jeanene Chapman (Allen) and Lesa Russell (David); and his sister-in-law Gena Thompson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Eastside Church of Christ "Gear Up Graham" Fund or to the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank and may be left at Morehart Mortuary.
