With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ragsdale of Graham, Texas, born in Loving, Texas, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Ragsdale to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Blackburn Petty and Lillian Petty (Slater); her husband C. R. Ragsdale Jr. (Charles); her son C. R. Ragsdale III (Randy); and her siblings, John Petty, Etta Weaver, Joy Dickson and Betty Bullard.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Ragsdale (Ann), David Ragsdale (Christi) and Sheila Alford (Steve Alford); her daughter-in-law Diane Ragsdale (McKinney); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Jaracz, Josh, Jason Alford, Zachary, Jessica Ragsdale, Cody, Rachael Ragsdale, Chase Ragsdale, Misty Reed and Kris Rosenkoetter. She is also survived by 3 great-granddaughters, 8 great-grandsons and 2 great-great-grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Henderson Craft Room.
