She is survived by: her husband Gene A. Pierce of Jermyn; her son James Pierce of Glen Heights, Texas; her brother Jerry Scheriger of Jacksboro, Texas; and her grandsons, Preston Brice Batchler of Dallas Texas and Ryan Chase Batchler of Andrews. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and great friends.
