She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Scheriger and Bessie Dean Scheriger; her daughter Janice Sue Batchler; and her son-in-law Bill Batchler. She is survived by: her husband Gene A. Pierce of Jermyn; her son James Pierce of Glen Heights, Texas; her brother Jerry Scheriger of Jacksboro, Texas; and her grandsons, Preston Brice Batchler of Dallas Texas and Ryan Chase Batchler of Andrews. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and great friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home (1501 380 Bypass, Graham, TX 76450).
