He is survived by: his wife Vicki Palmour of Newcastle; his son Phillip Michael Palmour (Kimberly) of Graham; his grandchildren, Chloe Lynn Palmour of Graham and Elijah Michael Palmour of Graham; and his brother Don Palmour (Pam) of Houston.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oak Street Baptist Church (505 1st St, Graham, TX 76450). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Pioneer Cemetery (1430 4th St, Graham, TX 76450). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Street Baptist Church (505 1st St, Graham, TX 76450).
