He was predeceased by: his wife Bette Hines; his parents, A. T. Lowry and Freida Carter; and his sister Juli Lowry. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Marpe', Cindy Harris and Lisa Deere; his grandchildren, Raechel of Samantha, R. J., Megan, Stephen, Natalie and Haden; his great great grandchild Michael Deere; and his sister Renee Stack. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
