He was predeceased by: his parents, Colon Rushing and Vera Rushing; his brother Paul Rushing; and his son David Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Diana (Kevin Kleiner), Peggy (Rudy Olszyk), Dan (Joann Rushing), Doug (Christina Rushing) and Jacki (Carlyle Ordner); his wife Patricia; his stepchild Michele (Doug Pennington); his son Jim Wilson (Joyce); and his daughter-in-law Susan Wilson. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and by seventeen great-grandchildren.
