He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Cleo Jeffcoat and Willie Lavern Marks Jeffcoat; his son Steve Branum; his grandson Colin Long; and his great grandchild Knox Armstrong.

He is survived by : his children, Cindy Armstrong, Theresa Long (Buddy), Brenda Gillies (Mark) and Clint Jeffcoat (Tammy); his daughter-in-law Venus Branum; and his sister Donna Foote (Jerry).
