She was predeceased by: her parents, Sequndino Cota and Mercedes Cota; her husband Edward Teslik; and her daughter Patti Garay. She is survived by: her children, Tony Teslik (Diane), Terri Yancey (Bill) and Eddie Teslik; her grandchild Peyton Satterwhite (Logan); and her children, Madison Howard (Morris), Chad Teslik, Ryan Teslik (Sondra), Shane Teslik, Carlos Garay and Nathan Garay. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
