She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Ray, Jr. and Willie Jo Kuykendall Ray; the father of her children Gene Madison; her sisters, Rosa Lee Brooks and Carol Ann Collette; and her granddaughter Kimilee Papasan.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Wayne Smith; her children, Bruce Madison, Tish Duncan and Tammira Papasan; her son-in-law Dennis Ray Papasan; her grandchildren, Andi Murrill (Gary), Casi Allen (Scott), Bo Madison (Stevi), Demi Madison, Keagan Duncan (Brittney), Kali Jo Duncan, Nick Papasan (Tiffany) and Meredith Payne (Kanyon); and her great grandchildren, Lexi, Luke, Ryan, Finn, Bella, Sloan, Blu, Ryleigh Grace, Ryder, Quinn, Dylan, Kimalee, Charlee and Kase.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Granbury (1851 Weatherford Hwy, Granbury, TX 76048).
