Though Ernest may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Edward Roberts and Lucille Jiles Roberts; and his children, Roger Allen Roberts, Thomas Randall Roberts and Kathryn Michelle Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joann Roberts; his son Charles Edward Roberts; and his daughters-in-law, Christie Roberts and Joyce Roberts. He is also survived by three brothers, three sisters, three brother-in-laws, three sister-in-laws, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
