She is survived by: her children, Donna Mohlman (David), Rita Allen (Lee), Loretta Rudd (David), David Cooper (Angela), Theresa Proctor (Theron) and John Cooper (Tammy); her grandchildren, Debra Reynolds, Darren Cherry, Alicia Weedman, Kevin McDaniel, Angela Sexton, Jake Allen, Nicholas Rudd, Emma Rudd, Erin Briden, Joseph Briden, Katie Aguirre, Luke Proctor, Zachary Cooper and Paige Moore; her brother I. R. "Butch" Phelps (Mary Alice); and her niece Beth Phelps. She is also survived by 17 great- grandchildren.
