He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Weldon and Lillie Worley Bippert, Sr.; his wife Judith; his children, Melody Dufrene (Todd), Crystal Ramsey (Brian), Amy Potter (Robert) and Dustin Bippert (Meagan); and his stepdaughter Dawn VanDriel (Kelly). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
