He is survived by: his wife Connie Apple; his children, Annette Conley, Denise Burris and Ken Apple; his daughters-in-law, Cherise, Mary Ann, Doreen, Amiee and Maile; and his siblings, Charlene Ford, Gene Apple and Wayne Apple. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
