He was predeceased by: his parents, Carey G. Johnson and Reta Wyatt Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Catheryn Johnson and Carey Johnson (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Taylor Johnson, Trevor Johnson, Aryan Johnson, Keira Johnson and Tanner Johnson.
