She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kay and Joy Kay; and her sister Sheran Benton-Casey. She is survived by: her husband Don Steen; her children, Jennifer Kay (Joey Hall) and David (Judy Steen); her grandchildren, Tyler (Taylor Hall), McKenna Hall (Patrick O'Brien), Dr. Corey Steen (Morgan Gill) and Brooke (Karsen Hayes); and her great grandchildren, Emma Kay Hall and William James Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Pam's memory may be made to Will to Cure ALD (willtocureald.org) to provide research for a cure of ALD for her great-grandson, William James Hall, and children around the world who have ALD.
