He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Ables and Peggy Ables. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry (Yvonne Ables), Pam (Billy Mitchell) and Mendy (Billy); and his siblings' children, Stacy (Darren Daniel), Jeremy Ables, Lori (Marty Dodson), Jill (Nick Philipello), Trisha Bagby and Trina (Kerry Shankles).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wiley Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Granbury (400 W US Hwy 377, Granbury, TX 76048). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Granbury Cemetery (200 E Moore St, Granbury, TX 76048).
